 Jill L. Kelly - Paralegal Email Link Jill has over 20 years experience in the Miami Valley legal community. She has 14 years of paralegal experience in medium and small law firms and with local government entities. She also has an additional three years of experience as a legal assistant for two municipal magistrates and another four years of experience as a legal secretary at a medium law firm. Her current areas of concentration include insurance defense and general litigation support for the firm. Her background also includes probate and guardianship law, trust and estate administration, real estate closings, eviction law, creditor rights law, foreclosure and collection litigation, debtor examination, garnishments, and bankruptcy. Jill received her paralegal certificate from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies in 1994 and became a Certified Legal Assistant through the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1996. |
