Jordan P. Staley

As an Associate, Jordan concentrates his practice on the areas of corporate law, business litigation, real property, and municipal law. Jordan aims for a balanced approach, blending risk management and guidance when appropriate, and tireless advocacy when litigation becomes necessary. His approach has proven successful with multi-million-dollar corporations, single-member LLCs, and clients of all sizes in between.

Jordan clerked for McNamee & McNamee, PLL while finishing law school at the University of Dayton School of Law. Aside from clerking with McNamee, Jordan worked in a variety of positions, including as an extern for the Honorable Michael J. Newman of the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, and an intern for the United States Air Force JAG Corps. Prior to law school, Jordan attended the University of Cincinnati where he earned his B.A. in political science and communication.

Jordan is involved in several local and national bar associations. He also is an active member of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce’s Generation Dayton program. Outside of the law, Jordan spends his time coaching youth soccer and playing golf with friends and family.
