Matthew J. Barbato is a graduate of Xavier University and the University of Dayton School of Law who has practiced domestic relations and family law for over 18 years. He has also been certified as a Guardian Ad Litem in the State of Ohio since 2015. Attorney Barbato has litigated family related matters in Greene County Domestic Relations Court and the Greene County Juvenile Court, along with Courts throughout the State of Ohio. Attorney Barbato is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, serves as Counsel for the CASA program with the Greene County Juvenile Court, and volunteers for the Pro Se Workshop provided by the Montgomery County Domestic Relations Court. Attorney Barbato also practices Criminal Defense law at the Federal, State and municipal court level and is a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is dedicated to his clients, and provides fair and honest representation.
