Managing Partner

Michael P. McNamee concentrates his legal practice in municipal law, public sector law, complex commercial litigation and transactions, construction, commercial real estate, zoning, and eminent domain. He is equally confident and adept in the courtroom and the boardroom, handling business, transactional, and litigation matters with ease.

His litigation experience encompasses state and federal cases at the trial and appellate levels and includes jury trials, bench trials, arbitration hearings, and mediations. Michael’s construction and real estate law experience stems from his legal counsel to those clients referenced above and such real estate developers as the Oberer Companies, Synergy Building Systems, and Synergy Development, Ltd.
